- We require that all third party email list owners with whom we work directly sign an agreement guaranteeing that they are in full compliance with federal law.
- We always provide a link for you to click so that you can enter your email address to notify us to exclude you from all future brand-specific mailings from any list. In compliance with the federal law, all such requests are processed within 10 days.

- We maintain a list of email addresses that have emailed us or written to us via postal mail requesting to be excluded from future emails.
